A few days ago we went fishing and caught 10 fish! My friend Derek fell in and he didn't bring any extra clothes! Good thing I brought some and we are the same size:) Sorry there are no pictures because we forgot the camera:( Next time I bet Derek will bring extra clothes!

This is my normal everyday sail boat.

Gabe's creation

This is my Greek combat ship. The thing on the front was used for ramming the enemy and sinking them. Of course there were a lot more oars, but I couldn't fit that many toothpicks on the cork :)!

The Flying Porcupine

This plane is a RAF Sunderland Mark III. One just like this fought off eight German Ju 88 pilots in 1943. Shot down three, and the rest were badly damaged. It was then respectfully nicknamed Stachelschwein [porcupine] by the Germans. It was used to rescue torpedoed ship crews, a rubber raft was kept inflated so it could be ready in a minutes notice. The British were very proud of their "FlyingBoat." It was used for 21 years of service, more than any other RAF plane at that time.
